Fundraising for Local Charity

In February 5 of our employees took part in a 10K to raise funds for local mental health charity Stepping Stones. 


Why ? 

In 2020 over 70% of suicides were males and with the construction industry estimated to be 99% males, mental health is especially important within our industry.

Stepping Stones cover West Dumbartonshire and focus on people who experience common mental health problems such as depression, anxiety & stress through the following services:

• Group work
• Peer support opportunities
• 1:1 support
• Person Centred Therapy (PCT)
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Based Guided Self Help
